LSHR Pump Seal

1. The mechanical seal's design incorporates a single-face, sliding structure, enabled by compact round discs. This configuration shields the mechanical seal from the axial adjustments made to the pump during installation, thereby preserving its compression integrity.

2. To prevent pulp accumulation around the sealing surface, which could render the mechanical seal ineffective, it is imperative to maintain maximum openness in both the sealing cavity and tail-board.

3. By connecting to the upper flushing port, tap water can be intermittently utilized to flush the system, depending on the prevailing conditions. The objective is to eliminate any potential leakage by rinsing until a clean state is achieved.

1. Lubricant should be applied to the inner hole of the shaft sleeve and O-ring during installation to ensure smooth installation.

2. Prior to starting the machine, the hexagon socket cap screws 1 and locating block 2 must be removed after confirming the proper installation of the mechanical seal.

3. Ordinary tap water can be utilized as the external flushing water, with a pressure limited to 0.05 MPa, sufficient to maintain a general flow rate.
