  • Structure Features of ZQM5 General Seals

    1. Type of single spring, employing fork-groove drive mechanism, ensures uniform pressure distribution on the sealing surface. Utilization is independent of rotational direction. Pre-assembly of spring retainer, spring, and thrust ring is feasible, promoting convenient installation.

    2. Selection of auxiliary sealing rings includes rubber O-ring (N), PTFE V-ring (T), and PTFE wedge-shaped ring, tailored to varying conditions.

    3. Complies with ISO3069, DIN24960, and GB6556 standards, offering broad applicability.

    4. The general seals can be integrated with others or self-combined to form double-acting seals, offering flexible sealing solutions.

    Note: Apart from providing the stationary ring conforming to the standard size by DIN24960, other epidemic kinds of stationary rings used by international companies can be provided, too.
