1.The mechanical seal possesses a single-face integrated structure, which is transmitted by compact round discs equipped with external cooling water. 

2.The rinsing water along with the media is transmitted by an impeller as it enters the pump.

1. During the installation process, it is imperative to apply lubricant to the inner hole of the shaft sleeve and O-ring to ensure a smooth installation. It is advisable to use soap solution as the lubricant for EPR.

2. Prior to initiating the machinery, it is crucial to dismantle the hexagon socket cap screws 1 and the locating block 2 once the mechanical seal has been verified as properly installed.

3. Special caution must be exercised to maintain a quench water pressure that is 0.1 MPa higher than the seal chamber pressure. It is mandatory to open the quench water for 5 minutes prior to pump startup and to close it after shutting down the pump.
